SPECIFICATIONS

1. ELECTRICAL :
a. Working Voltage : 90 to 220 V AC, 1Æ, 50Hz
b. Sensor Input : All types of T/C, RTD, PT 100, mV or mA, Bridge
sensors like strain gauge, load cells etc. In-built cold junction compensation.
c. Control parameters.
All parameters are keyboard programmable.
1. Setpoint adjustable 0 to 100% of SPAN
2. Proportional Band : 0 to 100% of span. If set to 0% the controller is ON/OFF
controller.
3. Integral Time (Reset) : 0 to 3600 Sec.
4. Rate (Derivative) : 0 to 1000 Sec.
5. Dead Band (ON/OFF control hysteresis) : 0 to 20% span.
6. Inhibit reset : The integral action is suspended outside proportional band.
7. Time proportional action : Can be set up to 99 Seconds.
8. Soft Start : 0 to 60 unit / minute.
d. Display :
4 digit 7 segment 0.5" for process value pV and 4 digit 7 segment 0.5" display
for set value sV for model 5150 MD. 7 segment 0.3" display for set point and
process value for 5150M. LED display for Alarms and outputs. Scaling of the
display and resolution is user programmable.
e. Controlling Ouput
: 3 options are available which should be specified by the user. 1.
Relay : 3A, 240V AC max for resistive load. 2. 4 to 20mA max. load 12V with
built in power supply. 3. 0 to 10V.
f. Alarms :
Two alarms points can be set from 0 to 100% of the span with 0 to 20% hysteresis.
The alarm output can be: 1. Relay : 1 C/O 240V AC, 3A max. 2. Level : 5V DC
logic signal.
g. Soak :
One alarm output can be programmed as soak timer from 0 to 3600 minutes. The
corresponding relay can be energised
during soak period.
h. Re transmission
: 4 to 20mA or serial communication RS485 / RS232 is available. The
scaling is as per the user programme.
i. Serial Communication
: 2 wire multidrop, half duplex, asynchronous polled, 9600 baud rate,
Max. No. of Controllers on single loop 31, RS 485 protocol. The computer requires
RS 485 port or RS232C / RS485 convertor. Driver software is available at extra
cost. The driver software is DOS/WINDOWS based.

MECHANICAL :
Size : 96 x 96 x 200 mm for DIN model and 4U height and 10T width and
200mm depth for modular version. 8 such modules can be accmmodatd in standard
19" rack. The total system consists of 8 such zones in upper half and SSR
(solid state relays) in the bottom half.

a. Working temperature range : 5° to 50°C at 90% R.H. non-condensing.
b. Storage temperature range : 0° to 60°C at 95% R.H.
