These are available from 1.2 V 500 mAh upto 1.2 V 10 Ah in Ni-cd with 1,000 charge-discharge cycles; and 6V 3.5Ah upto 12V 120V Ah in Sealed Lead Gel Batteries with 2,000 charge-discharge cycles and Lithium Batteries in 3.0V, 3.6V and multiples in 1/2 AA, AA, C, D sizes.
